Can never speak with anyone - always leave a message then get a call back a couple days later - quoted $349 for a light a bought through another supplier for $240 so I’m amazed

I was in need of someone to look at my pool pump which wasn't working. It was a week and a half before Xmas so I needed to know if someone could come out and have a look at it. Two days after taking my money for their upfront payment of the service fee, they still couldn't tell me whether someone could come out and look at the pump because they were STILL trying to work out their schedule. Time was clearly of the essence and if they couldn't make it I needed to know so requested a refund, which they happily obliged. I wouldn't try these guys again and wouldn't recommend them based on their clear lack of organisational skills.

Great service with a smile, and we’re able to give great advice to solve my issues temporarily until part arrived. Part ordered and arrived quickly and they were able to get me back on track in no time. Thank Guys! Will be back!

Horrific experience. Dishonest, criminal interaction that has resulted in me contacting Fair Trade. I can recommend Sam Ford Village Pumps.

Contacted Waterama on Monday as our pool was green as the replacement" pool cleaner head they put on in December didn't work

Like so many businesses are unfortunately, these guys are so helpful when selling and giving advice for which you need to buy something, but when there's a problem or they need to remedy a mistake, they don't return calls, don't deliver on promises, and ignore any communication attempts other than face-to-face. I've been a loyal customer here for many years but recently one of their contractors didn't deliver as promised, and gave advice which has made the situation worse. Waterama have completely wiped their hands of the problem, despite being the ones who were more than happy to take upfront payment and make promises about the contractors obligations which they're now not willing to uphold. Find another pool shop people. I used to think the service was worth paying that little bit extra, but it's not. You need to find a pool shop who's with you through the good and the bad.

Terrible service. They ask for 75% deposit and then you never hear from them. Terrible communication and expensive, do your research

Russel, Glenn and all the staff at Waterama Stafford are worthy of the 5 stars. Their professional advise is excellent. Their water testing and their ability to trend that info on their systems is great. They have an excellent stock of both pool consumables and spare parts. Nothing seems too much trouble and it is always done with a smile. My pool is always sparkling clean. I recommend them highly.
