We can not thank Hayley and the team for all their help in supporting Dad at home in his last few days. Everyone was professional, compassionate and caring. the Addison home care service was a saving grace during an extremely difficulty time.

My 87 yo Mother became quite ill and was unable to do the most basic of things in a big house when sent home from hospital. The stress that brought was horrible. I was referred to Addison Home Care and was so unsure as there were so many businesses out there. From the moment I spoke with Haley I knew I had the right team behind us. She was qualified, calm, respectful and listened...My mother (not always the easiest person) was charmed by Haley's team and was happy and relaxed and well looked after for a month. Thank you doesn't seem enough. I definitely recommend Haley and her team!!

It is my pleasure to provide a review of Addison Home Care following their support for my father during July and August 2022 with the provision of 24/7 care at my parent's home in the Southern Highlands.Following a recommendation from my parents GP, my brother was able to very quickly make arrangements with Hayley for carers to be placed, and an occupational therapist assessment to be carried out. Meanwhile Mitch arranged the provision of necessary aids keeping my brother and I updated at every stage.The three carers involved were patient, kind, thoughtful and respectful and quickly adapted to the daily routines keeping Dad safe and enabling Mum to step back.I have no hesitation in recommending Addison Home care.

Had Addison Care on 24/7 basis for 8 weeks in a terminal situation.Cannot find the words to describe how wonderful the 5 carers were, plus of course Camilla at the helm.They do everything...washing ,ironing ,toilets ,basins, cooking ... you name it, they do it.Their patient desperately wanted to die to die at home and thanks to Addison's that became possible.Their care for the patient, especially during the last 4 days was extraordinary.. above and beyond.. making a heartbreaking situation just a little less painful.Special thanks to the carers.. you were fantastic at a very difficult time.If you want the most brilliant care for you loved one you have found the right placeYesterday is dead and goneAnd tomorrow's out of sightAnd it's sad to be aloneHelp me make it through the nightJ was not alone thanks to you all.

Making the choice of which company to choose for the 24 hour assistance for our mother was far from easy. We'd never had to do this before! Deciding to go with Addison Home Care was a great decision. Hayley is a legend. She always works hard to get the right result for our mum and us. These last few years have been tough with staffing supply but Hayley always finds a way to fix the issue. She is always pro-active and never avoids the hard tasks. It has definitely been a very good move to work with Hayley and her team at Addison Home Care.

As a retired Registered Nurse myself, Addison Home care was the first choice when my 96 year old Mother needed ongoing full time care in her home. The owner Hayley is an experienced Registered Nurse and runs her business HANDS ON, so is personally involved with day to day details to ensure continuity of care for my Mum. The nurses are kind, caring, and honest. My Mum has been able to build trusted relationships with her nurses so she can live in the comfort and of her own home whilst our family have peace of mind knowing she is safe and has quality care.
