Neil, Trish, and the team at Hudson's catered our wedding in February 2021. They were absolutely amazing and we couldn't recommend them more highly! They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and flexible in the lead up to the big day and made sure that we had exactly the menu that we wanted, taking into account our guests' many dietary requirements. They even helped us organise a cheese tower wedding cake. In a very unexpected turn of events, our wedding, which was supposed to be on 13 February, was cancelled in the afternoon of 12 February due a hard Covid-19 lock down in Victoria. We were devastated, but Neil moved things around so that we could reschedule to the following weekend. In the end, he catered our wedding at no extra cost to us and a very significant cost to him, given the change of date. We can't thank Neil enough for his kindness. The food looked beautiful, was DELICIOUS, and there was so much of it that we didn't even make a dent! Our guests are still talking about how good it all was. Thanks again Neil and Trish!

We used Hudson's to cater our wedding and they did not disappoint! A big thank you to Neil and and Trish for all your help. Not only did we give them a short 2 weeks notice, but we didn't even sample any food prior to the day which we were a little nervous about. The king fish ceviche was perfection and their overall menu options were definitely a lot more refined than other catering companies. Would highly recommend using Hudson's and I look forward to using them again in the future.

Hudson’s catered our wedding recently with eight cocktail canapés and two bowl options. All the guests raved about the food and we had many people ask us for the caterers details afterwards. The team were super helpful and accommodating in the lead up and we’re super professional on the night. Would highly recommend and use Hudson’s again, thank you!

Hudson's were amazing to deal with right from our tasting, a few last minute menu changes and on the night of our wedding.We chose a shared feast, and our guests absolutely loved it and mentioned how tasty all the meals were.Communication with Trish was amazingly prompt, and nothing was ever an issue for them.There was plenty of food, and our guests definitely did not go home hungry.Thank you to Neil and Trish for a relaxed wedding night.

We had Hudson's cater our wedding in November and for the most part things were good.The reason for 4 stars is due to a communication issue which occurred on the night.We had agreed upon a dessert to be served and this was reflected on our custom menus however on the night a different dessert was supplied without our knowledge.This change was not communicated to us in any way until followed up by us after the event.Canapes and mains were fantastic and entrees were okay but menu maybe a little limited.Apart from this Hudson's were good to deal with and accommodated our wants/needs. Thanks to Trish and team who were very friendly.

We booked Hudson's Famous for our wedding and although it hasn't even happened yet, the level of customer service we have received from Neil and Trish has been exceptional. It is obvious that they take so much pride in what they deliver and have already gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. They are always upfront and honest in their communication and have been so flexible and accommodating despite our plans having to change multiple times. The quality of the food is also amazing. If you are considering booking Hudsons for your wedding or event I would strongly urge you to do so, I honestly believe you would struggle to find a better vendor!

We used Hudson's Famous Catering for our wedding as our venue didn't offer catering and aren't we glad the universe gifted us with Hudson's. From the beginning the staff were extremely helpful and very responsive to my enquiries, nothing was too hard for them. We had so many guests comment on how amazing the food was and no one left the wedding hungry. The staff on the night were amazing. If I could give Hudson's more then 5 stars I would.

Tina and Neil were lovely. We went for a tasting for my wedding and we booked them on the spot. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and we had a tour of the kitchen. Cannot recommend enough.
