I watched him completing the job. He just changed the tap tops, cleaned the opening of the water pipe. He finished the job in 35 minutes and charged $690 after $65 discount for the first service. He could have done everything in 20 minutes. It seems like he was passing the time. I did not sign the quote, but my wife did as tenant needs the shower.
