The team are so wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. Always get a great workout and work up a good sweat! The teachers will always adjust postures to suit different abilities. Such beautiful people and a fantastic place to be. Highly recommend.

I found Jess to be a wonderful teacher who explained everything clearly and made my introduction to yoga very enjoyable. The class seemed to fly by and the studio was beautifully fitted out. Great location by the marina too - I’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place!Simply love this place, friendly staff and owners, perfect to progress...Group are small in this studio, so teacher have time to help you to progress, correct your posture, teach you properly to get better and better and become the best version of yourself ... In a positive and friendly environment!I personally discover hot yoga in this studio and that simply change my lifeHighly recommended!Big Bonus is the marina... A nice area if a extra motivation is needing...

Best yoga studio I have ever been to! But in reality it is so much more than that, I really feel a sense of community. Such a non judgmental space with teachers who are always willing to help you improve. I love it here and it is truly the highlight of my day <3

Absolutely LOVE this place! Jess and her team are fantastic. They always manage to change things up to keep the classes fresh for everyone. I'd definitely recommend this studio for both locals and visitors to the area!

Beautiful little yoga studio that's cozy and modern from the inside, run by the wonderful owner Lisa who's a great person and also a really good instructor. Made me sweat in the hot pilates class which I can absolutely recommend!
