Excellent service!!! The staff were exceptional !!!! So helpful, nothing was a bother to them to fix my phone issues. They went above and beyond to help me. I could not fault either of them. Both an asset to their company. I would highly recommend them to everyone. If you want the best service for anything to do with your phone, PTC is the place to go !!!

I had a problem with a disabled iPad, and had no idea how to fix it. Andrew was simply amazing. His customer service was excellent. He fixed my problem and would not accept a cent for his troubles! I cannot recommend either Andrew or this outlet highly enough. Thank you!!
