Collard Family Kindergarten

Fantastic local childcare that’s run by a small family business. Owners are very nice and happy to help in anyway they can.

Great professional atmosphere , they take the utmost care with my kids , and possess nurturing qualities . The facilities for the children available are amazing and the children learn so many new things on a daily basis . They are very hands on with the children , teaching them everything from gardening to cooking.

There’s a “”massage parlour”” next door. Literally just a couple metres from the front door. I think this is something they should be telling parents about

The staff show so much care and love towards the kids. Its clear even in the way the staff communicate with each other that they love what they do and this is a wonderful environment to be in. My son started at 6months and we quickly found Flutra and Hanna as loving educators, it really gave us the confidence to feel guilt free for going back to our daily routines and work.

I have children that attend here and they absolutely thrive . Staff and owners really show care and professionalism.

My two girls have gone to this centre. It is by far the most accountable centre I have used. This was the third centre one my girls went to due to moving house and her previous one had zero feedback on her progress.So to come to this centre where I get weekly feedback on what skills they have been working on such as hand eye coordination, learning their colours etc. they go as far as making practical educational toys from cardboard for the kids to play/learn with, which I think is amazing as it gets the children to develop their creativity as well.In addition they have an educator appointed to work with every child like for some time and they work a on particular skill. It could be learning numbers or reading books to increase a child’s vocabulary. They have developmental goals for each child.The managers are so responsive, helpful and educators sooo friendly and caring. Such a lovely bunch of educators. I cant speak highly enough of this centre.

The facilities at Collard Kinder are the best that we have seen so far in Melbourne. Our elder daughter used to go to one in Hawthorn but it was not as well organised as Collard. Personal attention that the Educators give to kids is exceptional. My wife and I have been very very happy with the support/assistance that we have been receiving from the whole team at Collard Kindergarten. Will highly recommend this institution for everyone staying around the Mill Park area.
