The shipping company split a consignment and then lost 1 of the items. It took a few weeks to arrive but Tony was very helpful in contacting the shipping company to follow up and locate the item. I also notice a previous order was missing a film once looking closely at orders during this incident. The order was acknowledged as missing and to be sent on the next order. I will continue to use this company

This is my closest available outlet for this finish, and i have peers overseas using this kind of service so i was very interested to go ahead and try it out! However to my confusion and dismay I was simply asked the value of my item, then given a speech on why i would be stupid" (actual words used) to spend a minimum of $120 on changing its colour. Should I have had the chance I would have attempted to say that i dont mind spending the money

I recently bought a Guitar Kit and wanted to do something different from the norm with the Body. By chance I saw Hydro dipping on YouTube, and thought it looked fairly Easy?!I was Very Wrong, and after a few months of researching and trying different films and activators, I was starting to lose Hope!I asked Tony at Hydro Concepts Australia if I could send the Body to him, and they made my Dream a Reality!
