The improvement to our drinking water is unbelievable. We weren't big water drinkers but since we installed the 7 stage alkaline ro filter, we consume the daily recommended quantity. Feel better also. Ph level is between 8.7-8.8. Happy with this result.

wow, Rick is a great businessman. I rang him on Wednesday, asked if he could supply replacement relief valve as the sun had damaged the cap. even though the housing was out of warranty he happily posted me the items free of charge!!! and he supplied 3 off. Great Service!!

At my previous home I installed a water filtration system supplied by Shield. My present home also has a UV Water Systems unit already installed. I have had contract with the staff on several occasions and always found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The product is very well made and I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to install a good water purification system.

Easy to install, filters can be changed easily. The taste of water really gets better, a bit of sweet. Taste totally different than before. I emailed them for questions, and their staff replied rapidly.

Wished I had never dealt with this business, did all the right things to get the sale answering questions etc however when contacting them for support there really is no support.Been waiting 3 months with emails going backwards and forwards with continual follow ups due to the lack of response for a leaking tap and to date no solution or remedy.In short, if something goes wrong don't expect any support so in all honestly spend your money elsewhere as I will now be doing.

I would never know how dirty the water is without these filters. Compact design and easy installation. Improve of water quality is noticeable. Best thing is they have chlorine tester included in package, so you always know u would have chlorine free water. Brilliant !

Shield Water Filter
This unit makes real natural alkaline water so pure tasting. Hooked it up to my ice maker also and my ice is crystal clear! Water from northern Queensland is not drinkable, shield’s products make me feel relieved, and it gives us the best taste of tap water.
