Amazing service, very friendly, have had acrylics for 20+ years, got to say they are the best In products and service. My nails last 3weeks and with my line of work that’s unbelievable. Worth the time and money. ❤️❤️

Got a basic Manicure with Polish. Was placed at a pedicure seat, and had to awkwardly hold my hands on my lap without nudging the towel when the polish was applied. The end result was not worth $35 either. Each nail is wonky or slightly jaggered and the polish was not put on evenly and hence each layer is very noticeable, there are also bubbles in some of the polish. To top it off, there was no fan provided to try and dry my nails before departure. Overall a very disappointing service and definitely not worth the price paid.

Moved to Penrith a few years ago and have tried many nail salons and this one is the best!!! Been with them for over a year. They are always friendly and professional, especially Tina! She remembers your habits and preferences! Highly recommend!

Do not go here at the Penrith Westfield , my nails were infected and they did a terrible job of the colour , for 75 dollars acrylic . Each hand was a different colour of pink . Extremely disappointed .Don’t go here , you will get ripped off and quality is poor

I’m not really happy, at all.Spoke with Johnny over the phone and organised to get a spa pedicure with shellac and was deciding whether I’d get a full set of acrylic nails or maybe just a manicure I was quoted $125. Fair enough, I didn’t mind as long as the job was done well as it was so last minute and I was just happy to of gotten an appointment. My first time going to this nail salon as well an based on reviews one of the best in Penrith. The spa pedicure itself was good, no interaction with the lady doing it which was fine, the nails looked good on the day and still look good now (3 days on). I decided against full set acrylic and asked for manicure with sns French tip. Whilst being done it seemed flawless, I asked the girl was this a manicure too? She said no. Just the SNS. I went to pay and was charged $120 ,I have never paid that much for a spa pedicure with shellac and sns French tip WITHOUT a manicure?? So the difference between a full set of acrylic nails + spa pedicure Vs what I got was $5? I’m confused. I know prices have gone up but I’m sure the difference between the time, labour and materials of acrylic nails Vs my own is a significant amount. They seem to have a lot of regular customers which were happy on the day, but I think all new customers they just charge whatever in cash and hope no one notices. Day 3 My feet still Look great but my hands.. Oh my hands.. they are embarrassing. The sns is on my skin still , they didn’t file it down , some parts of the white French tip have come off. DAY 3!! for $120. No no no. I will pay for quality, this wasn’t it. Sorry guys

I visited this nail salon thrice. I initially did a shellec manicure and pedicure just before my birthday. I had to remove it so came here again. My experience was really good as I did Shellec manicure and Pedicure for the first time ever.Few days back did Normal Pedicure and reached about 4.45pm and it was done okay but the lady rushed through from start to end. Not sure if the closing time is 5.30pm or 5pm. After 5pm most of the staff left for the day.Just a note since I use Amex card which they don't accept due to high merchant charges. Mastercard would be preferred or better still cash.I would recommend this salon but would go early to get my manicure and Pedicure done at ease.

I have never had a manicure that has brought me so much pain.I got a basic gel manicure and initially told my nail technician to cut my cuticles softly as my nails are a little sensitive. I then watched as she cut and pulled my cuticle so hard and unnecessarily deep that I started bleeding. She didn't apologise for the bleeding and told me it was because of my dry skin and not because she cut too far. She didn't clean the blood either and continued painting my nails. I left the nail salon with a bleeding finger and a messy paint job, and everytime I wash my hands now they are in pain.Not to mention atrocious service. I had 4 women literally talking over my head while I was getting my nails done. Even my nail technician stopped to talk every 30 seconds while painting.
