I started training with Bridge Fitness about a year ago and it is truly is amazing! Bridge and her trainers make every class fun and push you to achieve your goals while also being supportive and providing any alternatives you may need. Bridge has created a community of women, of all fitness levels, who support and cheer each other on. I really cannot recommend BF enough - if you are in the bayside area you have to check BF out!

Bridge Fitness is more than just a fitness class - it's a community! Women of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels are welcome. Bridgette and her trainers truly care about us girls and will always be 100% supportive. I've been attending for 3 years now and would recommend to any women in the Bayside area who want to get in shape and still have fun.

I have been training with Bridge for years. Bridgette and her trainers are excellent, they offer alternatives when you need it, they push you to achieve your goals and they are always supportive. Bridge really cares about all of us, it is a close knit, excellent, personalized PT. Highly recommend to anyone!

Highly, highly recommend Bridge. I have just completed a 12 week challenge during lockdown and have had my best results EVER. The workouts are really thought out and varied. Bridge is highly enthusiastic and she really cares and is on your journey with you. She has been a great support through the 12 weeks helping to keep me on track and adjust my nutrition based on how my body was reacting to the training each week. I am so pumped to continue on!

I started training with at Bridge Fitness in July and would highly recommend to anyone. There's a brilliant mix of training sessions and Bridge always ensures you work hard & have fun. There's a great group of girls of different fitness levels and a Facebook group to encourage everyone to say on track with their healthy eating as well fitness.

Bridge is an absolute legend.Before I started training with her I was wobbly, weak and gravity was starting to drag things south. I hadn’t found any form of exercise that worked for me since having kids. I had no energy and regularly had bad back pain.One year later and I am the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. My energy levels are great and I no longer suffer from back pain. Her combination of strength training, sweat sessions and nutrition is killer. But it’s not just that, it’s her approach, her positive energy and motivation that has kept me on track. Her workouts are challenging but always fun. I’m always laughing.I have had numerous injuries to work around this year. She has worked closely with my physio to ensure that I was not only able to keep training, but also integrate specific exercises to accelerate my recovery. This has been invaluable.Bridge is an absolute superstar and I am so grateful I found her!!

Highly recommend Bridge Fitness!! She knows her stuff, since training with her recently I’ve definitely seen changes in my body and my strength. I also love the concept of training with a small group of ladies in the mornings - makes it so much more enjoyable.

Training with Bridge is the best thing I’ve done in a long time. Highly recommend for any women out there who want to get into strength training.My body has changed in such fab ways over the last year. The sessions are tough and you’re pushed but I really wouldn’t do it otherwise. Going to Bridge has kept me consistent and really helped me reach my fitness goals.Bridge is a great trainer - positive, funny and super dedicated. And the group of girls in training are always great to be around.Easiest 5 stars ever!!
