We’ve been seeing Dr Chris and his team for over 3 years. I have a nervous Chihuahua and a loving Staffy and every time it’s a fantastic experience. Dr Chris is very caring, patient, methodical and thorough every single time. He is also brilliant at communicating the diagnosis / problem, options with pros and cons and his recommended next steps. I have nothing but complete trust in Dr Chris and his team. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Dr Chris and all the staff that I’ve encountered at Vet-O are very knowledgable, kind and compassionate and do everything they can to take wonderful care of their patients. Truely grateful for the care they have given the little pug I’ve been looking after.

I drove a fair distance to have my cat's dental cleaning performed here along with a few teeth extractions as I was given a very fair quote.I was VERY impressed with the care my cat received and how kind all the staff were, particularly Luciana and Dr. Hong!They gave me clear verbal and written instructions on what to expect before and after.Dr. Hong took the time to show me her her x-rays from the cleaning and explain the findings in more depth (he had also called me while she was under the anaesthetic to discuss them).Luciana and him answered all my questions and truly eased my mind.I also appreciate that he made himself available to speak with me after hours regarding her post operative care when I was concerned about administering her medications.This vet practice truly goes above and beyond for their patients and if I didn't live so far I would make them my primary vet practice in a heartbeat.

We have been bringing our two dogs to Vet-O for just over 2 years now and are extremely happy with the service we receive from Dr. Chris Hong and the staff on site. Even though we moved farther away from the location, we still make the effort to drive the distance to see Dr. Chris because he's so thorough, kind, patient, and never rushes you in and out of the office.Would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area with a dog.

I rang Pet O one day when I could not get into my regular vet. It was 8pm. I didn't expect anyone to answer, I was just going to leave a message. A man answered the phone and I thought it was the secretary, then it became obvious it was the veterinary . He said my dog couldn't wait until the morning and told me to bring him down immediately . I said, aren't you close? He said we are closed unless I feel it is urgent. I was so impressed with his attitude. After the first appointment, the follow up was excellent and I have changed over to Dr Chris now for all my pets. Dr Chris goes the extra mile and isn't trying to extract loads of needless appointments. As owners we chat in the park and many of the other dog owners just rave about Dr Chris and for very good reason.

Chris and his team are great. They have looked after my puppy Bean for almost 2 years. They are knowledgeable, caring and friendly and I have been able to get an appointment at short notice when needed. Thoroughly recommend.

Charlie, our cat has been Dr. Chris's patient for five years. He is kind, empathetic and looks after her very well. Dr Chris goes above and beyond for Charlie. When Charlie has gone missing, he kindly called a local pound when we asked him. When she came home he made time to see her onthe day. We are so grateful to Dr Chris because Charlie has the best care she can get and she is in good health. I recommend Dr Chris to all pet owners in Northern Beaches.

Absolutely fantastic vet, Dr Chris listens to your concerns for you pet and takes immediate action. I have been taking my two fur babies there for the past 3 years, I would never take them anywhere else. I can’t recommend Chris and the team at Veto Brookvale enough, Thank you for taking such good care of my boys!

Dr Chris was wonderful with my Pomeranian and took such good care of him. Everyone who works there are incredibly kind snd professional. I highly recommend them!

Our dog was in need of special care after hours & Dr Chris was fantastic, he was at the clinic, right on time and gave our little Bichon Frise all the time needed to diagnose the issue. Dr Chris rang us the following day & we are very thankful our dog is getting the best care possible.
