Brazilian Butterfly Taylors Lakes

Visited this place for the first time today and can say this is the best waxing place I have been too. Natalie was great, she was so friendly and took the time to explain the products to me and made me feel comfortable from the very start, will definitely be returning just to see her.

Renee is an absolute miracle worker!!! With this being my first Brazilian (yes, you read correctly) I was understandably apprehensive when attending the salon. My fears were quickly put to rest with the staffs amazing customer service. So professional and just very genuinely nice people. Need to add I don’t know what Renee did but it honestly wasn’t as painful as I have been lead to believe, she was so down to earth I wasn’t even as embarrassed as I thought I would be getting an intimate area waxed. Her suggestions for after care were much appreciated. Definitely will be a return customer. Thanks!!!!

The girl who did my treatment today was nice and very informative answer all my question, she was knowledgeable. However, I did apologise that I booked the appointment quite late due to work and I think maybe the therapist was tired as well while doing my waxing. The problem is Just that when I got home and while in shower I found out that my Brazilian wasn’t waxed properly so many hairs still lying around, and in the end I have to tweeze the left over hair and using removal cream. This is not what I expected after came home from to Brazilian butterfly.

Was my first time here today and was so impressed! Finally found a place to come for my regular waxes. Natalie was amazing, comforting and kind. She was so quick, but also made sure she did the best job. Very happy with the experience highly recommend :)

I came in on Thursday I had Susanne omg she was amazing , made me feel so comfortable and absolutely gorgeous in the end talk about a confidence boost. She was great to talk to aswell. Definitely will be coming back and asking for her . !!!! Book under Susanne u will not regret it

The best service. Excellent hygiene, friendly professional staff. I’ve been seeing Bianca she is fast and efficient no nonsense. Absolutely great results every time can not recommend enough.

Was originally booked with Steph, however she took it upon herself to reschedule me with another technician, Nat. I did not have a good experience with her as there were many missed hairs and a lot of hairs had come back the next day. I got in contact with the manager and sent her photos of the visible hairs. She told me that she was unable to see what I was talking about, but she could book me an appointment the next day to fix it. As I was going on holiday, I was unable to make the appointment and was not offered any compensation for the bad experience that I had, other then to just go back when I come home and see somebody else. Not happy at all, especially as I spent my holiday with unwanted hairs.
