Alvin was very transparent and helpful with the issue and diagnosing my computer when it wont boot, he was also very accommodating and flexible with part sourcing and with personal instructions. He kept me up to date with the progress and diagnostic and solution of the repair and quote me the price before doing anything. Even also dropped off my HDD on a public holiday.

I own a small business and had an issue on Friday with a critical laptop which I tried to remedy for a few hours myself. I called Alvin at around 6pm as they close at 7. He was on my driveway within 15 minutes collecting the unit and said I would have an update the next day. True to his word he called me Saturday evening and said what the problem was, how he has fixed it and that the unit was running some diagnostics and he would drop it back to me on Sunday afternoon once complete. Unbelievable customer service, explained everything and gave some recommendations, and my business was not impacted and all at a very reasonable cost. So personable, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Alvin.
