Affordable Grubby to Gorgeous Mobile Dog Wash - Dog Groomer, Nail Clipping, Warm Hydrobath

Fay has been grooming our fur babies coming up 5 years now. She always does a fantastic job and the dogs are so comfortable with her. Price wise Fay is also one of the most reasonable priced groomers in town. Its so handy that she comes to our home and the dogs get one on one attention from Fay. We highly recommend Grubby to Gorgeous and we will continue calling on Fay for our grooms :-)

This is the worst supposed grooming service I have ever seen. This is a mobile service that was too busy to be mobile and we had to take our dog in. We have never had a problem with other services for over 5 years. Apparently they dog was hyperactive and this was a good enough excuse to not Evan attempt to cut his hair close to competitors standard. 80$ for less then can be done with human clippers in a back yard.Customer service and care for the pets in the trade was not apparent, for example she didn’t even ask his name or try have any connect to make the process easier.When he was collected he was locked in the little trailer with no doors open shivering and scared tied up on the work/ cutting platform and the groomer was casually reading a book in their garage.If the franchise lets people that don’t like pets at all and show this type of behaviour sign up then it’s a very bad business model, is sure to fail.I would not recommend this service to anyone. Please head my warning and hope this helps future customer steer clear.

Fay does a great job of grooming all our dogs. They really look forward to their clip & bath time. We've tried others in the past - and they usually suck or charge through the roof. We have have stuck with her for years. Good pricing & nice to deal with. The trailer is also air conditioned so the dogs are warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Always reliable and after a few others tried my dog always looks so neat (especially around the feet) extremely happy with the service provided. It is on the more expensive side but totally worth the money for warm wash, sensitive skin products used at no extra. Very happy customer.

I just contacted Fay to have my silky done. She's only done my dog once before (about 8 months ago) & didn't get the cut quite right but I didn't mind. On the phone she said yours is the one that bites" I said no

Reliable, trustworthy and so professional!I've been a customer of Fay's & Grubby to Gorgeous for over 5 years and she really looks after my dogs. They love her even though they don't like water or bath time, so Fay makes my life so much easier.It's extremely convenient having her come to my home or work & worth every single penny.Seeing the negative reviews here because a clip was refused or people didn't like her pricing I think is so horrible as Fay's service and integrity in her work goes without speaking. If you don't like the price point or have not even had your dogs clipped or bathed by her, don't leave a review!Recommended to all who want a top quality service, convenience and someone trustworthy around your beloved pets.

Best place I've been to. I was given a warm welcome and a proper consultation about my dog's needs, as well as advice about his breed. He came home beautiful and not shorn like a sheep. Even the fur on his feet was perfectly shaped around his nicely cut nails. Thanks so much. A competent, knowledgeable and friendly team.

This morning was the first time Fay came to wash and groom Jett the Poodle and Keesha the Terrier. It was a wonderful experience. Fay is very caring, knowledgeable and professional. Her fees are very reasonable and l am extremely happy with her service. I have pre booked for their next appointment, the most important thing is that my two little guys were very happy! Happy not to sit in a cage for hours waiting their turn to be clipped and collected. When they suffer with separation anxiety it is very helpful to use a service such as Fay’s.Elizabeth Thomson

I made an appointment fir 8:30am. For my 2 dogs. I hadn't ever used a dog washing/grooming service before.I got a courtesy call the evening before, to say she would be early and arriving at 8am. Which i agreed to.She turned up early ...too early... at 7:20am ! Then proceeded to 'wash and (supposedly) dry' my 2 dogs within a matter of 14mins. My dogs (especially the bigger one) was definitely no where near dry and they both still smelt.. even worse within 2 hours. It was a waste of my almost $80... I am usually one to give chances, but that was, one mistake too many, and quite frankly poor quality of work. I unfortunately would not recommend this business.
