sent in a suit and expensive tie for cleaning and they significantly damaged the front on the tie, looks like it was heavily stapled. manager/owner dodged all my calls in attempt to reconcile the issue. really disappointing, if you have nice things i wouldn't gamble on bringing them here

They did a good job in dry cleaning my suits

I would not recommend this dry cleaner, dropped off a doona for cleaning and it came back in the same condition, stains as well as hairs visible through the plastic. When I asked the attendant about the result, she was very apathetic and offered no response except to say the stain removal didn’t work. An unfinished job and a waste of money. I will need to get it re cleaned properly elsewhere.

Not ready as promised despite me saying how important it was. Wasted my time and my husband's. Untrustworthy and will not go there again.

Rude and unprofessional. Sent an item to be dry cleaned through our tailor and did not realise it would be sent to this place. They not only damaged the item to be dry cleaned but were initially unwilling to fix the problem. Had to leave the item and was told that I would be contacted when it was ready for pickup. Six months passed and not a single attempt at contact from this ‘business’. When I eventually called to follow up, staff member was both lacking in manners (speaking over the top of me) and apathetic to the problem they had caused. Will be making a formal complaint with the ACT Office of Fair Trading.Absolutely disgusting ‘customer service’. Stay away if you want to avoid wasting your time, money and clothing.

Been having my suits dry cleaned here for over a year now and the team there have done a good job every time. No dramas or hassle.
