I made an appointment here but when I turned up there was no parking in the area. They said it was a busy time of day and they could take the cat carrier from me while I parked down the road. My cats are indoor cats and they get very stressed around busy roads. Having convenient parking at the vet is very important to me. So I changed to a different cat clinic location which had better parking and suited me better.I'm sure the service provided is great just as it is at other clinics but for me the location and lack of parking didn't work out.

Literally just sent me an appointment reminder for an annual appointment today even after knowing my cat DIED two months ago. Cannot believe the insensitivity. I called them the week after she passed and spoke to their receptionist Lucy to inform them. They were VERY aware.

I would highly recommend this clinic for the attention to details, narrow specialisation on cats and very friendly and professional staff. Our cat had a reaction to the vaccine that she got during our previous visit, so during our next visit, when I mentioned it, another type of vaccine was used serving the same purpose and my cat was happy. And if my cat is happy, I'm happy too. My cat is always stressed when she sees dogs - and it is a really great idea of having a clinic that only cats can visit (no offence, my dog friends, you're great too, but some cats just don't understand you!)

Susan is one of the best vets I’ve ever seen. She is very professional and patient. A lovely lady with beautiful smiles. My cat is extremely timid and exclusive. She can be very aggressive when she’s scared. Susan takes really good care of her. Thank you Susan.Lisa is very welcoming and friendly. She is professional at her job and pays attention to details. I’ll definitely come back and recommend others to visit this clinic.

We've trusted the cat clinic with our little old lady cat for well over a decade - they show nothing but kindness and care toward her (and it doesn't go astray when they comment how adorable she is of course!) and always take our concerns seriously. We've been to all locations over the years and the customer service and standard of veterinary care is always outstanding. At nearly 18 years old this is a testament to how well she has been looked after. Thank you for everything you have done for us and I am sure for what you will keep doing! ❤️

Perfect experience, they were helpful and they explain the technical side of things very well. You can feel the passion in the vets and nurses.My cat has now 8 teeth left and I have been warned that he will probably need to get the rest taken out in a couple of years. Definitly coming back for his dental work when that happens.
