All round, fantastic. The Property Manager is very helpful and friendly and the process of getting my rental property was a super smooth transition. I'm giving 4 stars simply because there are a few cosmetic issues with the property but as soon as they are fixed, definitely 5 stars.

During my rental tenancy it was almost impossible to have vital repairs and maintenance completed. Landlord insisted on completing all repairs and maintenance himself (illegal without informed consent as he was pretending to be a repairman, and improperly as the repair issues would always resurface).Hot water system was then replaced without informing me (system was outside premises), leaving me without hot water completely unexpectedly.When ending my tenancy, my property manager advised me dishonestly that I would be required to pay a week’s rent for the composition of a new lease for the remaining tenant. Once I pointed out to the property manager that; according to the RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 2010 - SECT 23; tenants are only liable for payments of holding fees, rent and rental bonds; a person must not require or receive from a tenant an amount for the costs of preparation of a written residential tenancy agreement."She then backtracked and advised me that she did not realise I was off-lease

Absolutely horrible experience. My property was rented through this agency, as they were the only agency in the area with experience managing properties under a particular govt scheme. On multiple occasions I was ‘accidentally’ charged strata fees in consecutive months and my govt scheme paperwork was also lodged late.When I wanted to sell the property I spoke with the ljhooker sales agent who valued the property at what i considered below market value, so I went with mmj instead. They did a more comprehensive valuation and advertised the property $50-$80k more than what ljhooker had valued it. When I mentioned what the property was listed at, I was laughed at by the ljhooker agent - the property sold for $60k more than what he wanted to list it at.I’d also give zero stars if I could

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely stuffed over by this company. Lived with mould and mushrooms. No respect from the agents in regards to our situation and no compensation for the $1000 worth of mattresses, bed frames, furniture etc that had to be thrown away. They smell
