Terrible customer service! My friend had her leather couch cleaned and was left with a dirty couch and marks rather than the clean couch that was expected. After such terrible customer service with no refund or compensation offered, my friend has had to contact consumer affairs to take it further. I would think twice before booking a clean" with this company."

I've used Magic Dry repeatedly for oven cleaning and leather couch cleaning, and I'm always chuffed by the gleam. This time a great bloke called Tashi attended to our strata title pool BBQ (which was encrusted and unhygienic) and Tashi was so thorough and professional that I was OK with him taking the extra time (at no extra cost!) He did my old oven at the same time and it is clean as it was the day it was installed. We will be using Magic Dry quarterly on the strata title BBQ.

After being wrongly held responsible for stains in the foyer of our appartment block, Coert went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he come back a second time free of charge, he also offered to provide a statement to Strata explaining the stains were too old to be successfully removed. He was very kind and professional, I couldn't recommend him more!!

Rugs looked no different after BJ did them. I did not want to give a poor review but I was so disappointed. The head office was rude to me. BJ said he would come back but did not I emailed phoned and txt. I have now re done them myself with more expense. They are now clean and fresh I have done a far better job than a so called professional. Liz Brown

Wow, ken has only just left and I am in awe with his service.The task at hand was a hard one, with milk spillage, pet soiling, etc - he some how managed to lift all the stains and odor.He was very professional and nice.Well done to Ken and magic dry.100% would recommend and use again.:)

My mum and dad had their vinyl floors done this morning. Was meant to be scrubbed then polished. Well what a huge waste of money. Vinyl still dirty and now has huge scratches all over the vinyl. When he left there was water on the floor as well and they were told it would look better when the floor dried. $232 for about about 15 square metres and they are both on disability pensions.They are so upset and hoping that Homewest doesn't say anything at the rent inspection on Friday.They DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
