Ultra Tune Drummoyne

I’ve been going to Tan for my car servicing for over a decade. Always trustworthy and great service. My entire family use Tan and his team for their cars as well. I don’t live in Drummoyne anymore but still make the trip over to get my car serviced here.

Tan at Ultratune is great. He has been looking after my cars for years. We still go back even though we live 100km away now.

the motorcycle service is the worst I have ever seen. It's bad, expensive and the guy is quite rude at checkout. You have no right to claim because they insult you.

Tan is always super friendly and my cars are always done on time. I'll continue to go back for all of my service work.

Do not go to Ultra tune. Asked for an oil change and on pick up received a bill for over $500. They change my front brake pads even though they had been changed 5weeks prior. They also changed 2 parking light globes and charged $30. I drove away after paying $300 more then it should have cost only to find out my brake weren't working and my door handle was broken. I returned to Ultra tune and was told the brakes need to wear in and they would replace the handle but I would need to pay half of $200 for a new one. I asked him to look at the brakes again because they didn't bleed them properly. After a full day of having my car I finally got it back. I submitted a complaint with head office but it just keep going around in circles. I will never use ultra tune again and I will inform as many people as possible

Tan and his team are the most reliable and professional car service/repairers in Sydney. Friendly and reasonably priced .We have been going to Ultra tune Drummoyne for over 25 years. Highly recommended.

Went to these guys for a pink slip and was told to grab a coffee and it would be ready when I got back. Tan then proceeded to cut the CV joint boots with a knife and told me they needed replacing….little did he know I was a mechanic and knew he had cut them….I had the car towed to a VW dealer. I rang ultra tune head office who tried to fob me off until I told them I would go legal on them. They attended the dealership, agreed they had been cut offered me to fix for free and pay me compensation if I didn’t go legal……I wish I had in hindsight . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Tan and the Team are amazing. They look after you, whoever you are. The prices are fair for the QUALITY you get back. Don't be fooled for places that will charge you LESS. You pay for what you get with Tan and the Team can get you market parts or genuine parts too - you can choose! Very trust worthy, especially because I do not know much about cars! - Female driver and rider!
