Louis from Nationwide Towing provided excellent customer service getting my motorcycle home with a flat tyre. Never a great time when you need a tow, but at least Louis made the experience as good as it could be. Highly professional and friendly service.

Had my bike towed and the handlebars bent in the process. Still giving a 5 star review as I was suprised on how they acted. Pretty much on the spot the driver acknowledged the issue and agreed to pay for a new bar, including labour costs. Had to wait a week for the bar to come in but I am happy to know Nationwide acted properly when things went wrong, so they have earned my trust, especially the driver (Dean) who was a pleasure to deal with and even ensured the bill was paid once the bike was ready.

Posting this review on behalf of my father, NRMA uses these guys and when my father broke down and these guys came out to tow his broken down Van, they managed to incorrectly secure the van, Which resulted in the spare tyre mount and rear bumper being destroyed. After taking photos with the towie and exchanging details, my father called the man who I can only assume is the owner/manager to which he was informed they would call back in 1-2 days, it's been a few months now and my father has called them back multiple times to no avail. Would not recommend this Mob.

Awesome service and towing experience with these guys. Got the tow arranged by my roadside assistance company and the tow truck driver called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving. He was patient and courteous and turned our unpleasant day into a pleasant experience with his sense of humor and friendly conversations!

The driver of tow truck with registration 252TTT would have to be the rudest most arrogant person I have come across.The way I witnessed him treat a customer's car was disgraceful.He really needs to be educated on how to look after other people's belongings.

I would recommend Nationwide Towing & Transport to anyone in trouble. I really appreciated Greg Clark the driver’s service to me. Firstly, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was courteous and respectful of my needs (e.g. staying as dry as possible under the circumstances). I really appreciated his kindness to me as I was scared and had issues with mobility (not to mention the pouring rain and heavy traffic). He calmed me down, made sure I remained as dry as possible and delivered me safely to my requested destination. Many thanks to Greg Clark and Nationwide Towing & Transport.
