Narooma is a great coastal town with nice beaches and parks. The inlet is good for small boats and fishing. You can hire slow BBQ boats which are good for groups.

Have visited and stayed here many times over the years.you never tire off the whole area,and you always feel better for your visit.would recommend an excursion on the wagonga princess,Charlie the skipper is a marvelous raconteur.(tickets at visitors centre)

I was staying in a holiday park absolutely in front of this inlet. This is one of my most favorite holiday spot in NSW. This is a very tranquil place, an early morning walk or an evening walk starting along the inlet and finishing at the bar beach lookout can be a rewarding experience. Color of the water is absolutely mesmerizing during sunrise and sunset. Inlet water is crystal clear, I have always been lucky to spot sting rays and many other fish playing underneath water, which was really fun to watch.
