It was ok, but I think the trees have grown since it was built, also the steps can be a bit slippery in the wet.

Absolutely phenomenal, the dam it self is 100.88% capacity, but the volume of water can only grasp the amount of water this dam holds. The beautiful casades the noise and native bird sounds sets the picture. It is a pity that at the actual lookout can barely see from all the trees. Can't say lookout when you actually can't lookout. The bottom had more visibility but would be great if the whole casades were exposed. But all in all to see this was awesome.

Much more impressive than I'd imagined. Definitely worth a stop if you're nearby. Perfectly followed up by dinner at the Mitta Brewery.

Dartmouth Dam Cascades Lookout
This was a lovely lookout, which is well worth a stopover if you're going past. The perspective that the view provides is really nice, and highlights the massive scale of the dam. Sadly, the trees obstruct this view which makes photos less spectacular than the real thing, but that's just more reason to drop by yourself if you're in the area.
