If going with Subee Newlake take care as their carers' cause damage with no repercussions from office. One care worker broke my dryer. Office stated there is nothing we can do about it. Louise Weller withheld money for rugs out of my care package because she said they were too expensive' she has come up with 3 excuses to not pay for them. So if you're looking for a carer provider. Beware.Most of the carers' I have had, have been fantastic except a few past workers who ive had issues with breaking household items.

Staff are welcoming and understanding, attention to details and staff provide great care. Staff willing to help at short notice. Would recommend and use again
