I should read the reviews before going ahead with this company. Matt installed an air conditioner but when I called him to come and inspect an issue with the service, he didn't respond to my call, email, text, ...Very unprofessional

I have used this company for supply and installation of heating and cooling in 2 homes. Since day 1 I have had issues with the heating and after literally 100s of emails and phone calls I am unable to get him to attend even though I have warranty certification. DO NOT engage this company as you will get ZERO after installation service. I have had to spend over $500 to date to fix warranty items and I have another fix required. Message after message I get no response. This is the worst company/trandesperson I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. If someone is still chasing him I do have his residential address.

I've gone through most of the lowest reviews to see whether ppl have the similar bad experiences like me or was it just an coincidence happened to me. We purchased brand new house back in late 2019, all of a sudden both of the air-conditioners didn't work half way through winter. I've called and messaged Matt numerous occasions but no response except the very first one to ask me send my details.I've just lodged a complaint through VCAT today and let's see how we go.

Got in contact and had an on site quote arranged for split system installation. Very friendly and engaging with good advice, however never followed through with a quote and ignored messages and phone calls when I tried to follow up. Very strange from a business to engage with potential customers like that. Admittedly I had not read Google reviews about company but clearly the common theme of ignoring customers is evident.

Matt was recommended by a mate. We sent him photos of our heater before he called in. He offered us a refurbished fan motor assembly and it worked fine for 2 months. The motor failed suddenly. Matt did not return SMS, mobile calls or a call to his business number. We have contracted another company to get a new motor. Money down the drain! Bad service and the refurbished" motor was just second hand and was in poor condition. Shame on you Matt!"

Just like the other reviewers, quite literally the worst business I have ever encountered.Big on sales pitch to get my business and very quick and prompt communication when wanting to get paid but instantly becomes a ghost when I report a poor ducting installation and request for an inspection and fix.I am giving Matthew, the owner one more chance to reply failing which the matter will be referred to VCAT.This business needs to be called out, named and shamed. I will be writing to Choice as well.

Matt and team were very professional and prompt with quote and comparisons. Price was very competitive for the large split system they provided.The instal was quick & clean.Very happy with the service. Would have no hesitation using again.

Terrible company. Don't trust Mark or Matt. They will promise to give compliance certificate for electrical work and after full payment taken, never reply to your e mails or messages. I still haven't got any of compliance certificate yet. Please do not use this company. I would rather pay extra $ 100 and get it done from proper reputable company.

Worst business I have ever encountered. Very quick to get the business and money in.Unfortunately the ducting installation was faulty and we have been trying to contact Matt for 2 months now without any luck. The case will be referred to VCAT as I do not seem to be able to contact Matt in any other way.
