Chermside Paediatric Dental Care
I was referred by my family dentist to see a paediatric dentist at Brisbane South for my son who has broken a tooth with severe pain as emergency. However they were not helpful to fit him in. I found this Dr by internet who is very helpful, she explained the whole situation in details and is very patient to my son, in particular the Dr is able to arrange emergency treatment for my son. Big thanks to Dr Law and their friendly team.

Took my son there for a matter that had been worrying us, but Vicky & her team were just fabulous and amazingly patient. We were totally released, really look forward to the revisit in 6 months.

Upon our waiting for our first appointment a little boy left tears streaming down his face... We still when in for our appointment. She was so rough with my 2 year old that he didn't want to brush his teeth that night because his gums hurt! He usually loves brushing his teeth. She also pretty much said I was a bad mother for using the brand of tooth paste I used and cost a fortune! We ended up going to a different place in the city Half the price and absolutely wonderful!!!! Would never go back and would strongly recommend never to take your children there!

Would not recommend, all you have to do is look at negative comments to see. The receptionists are the most unprofessional.Unfortunately when you put in a complaint the owner is quick to defensive.They charge the most ridiculous prices.Save your money and go some place else you'll be glad you did. Would give no stars if I could.

Think these guys are great, have been back every 6 months for both our kids (5 & 3 y.o) A little pricey but worth it for the reassurance of great service.

My daughter likes Vicky and I do not have a problem with her at all but majority of the receptionists don't know what they doing. Can't even return a phone call when I left a message. They managed to cancel my daughter's appointment but couldn't return my phone call so I could rebook. Wasn't the first incident with their reception team and this was the last chance. Definitely has gone downhill since their receptionist Siobhan left a few years ago. Will be going elsewhere.

My husband is a very patient person but he comes away fuming from this place. Comes out feeling depressed & the worst parent. My son comes away in tears. And the cost is highway robbery. We've given them plenty of chances but no more.

I was really diassapointed with the lack of professionalism when dealing with the receptionist Katrina.My daughter was booked in for surgery Wednesday to get a call the previous day saying they had to cancel due to the virus outbreak. The way the receptionist dealt with the sensitive situation was the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. My daughter is in pain and needed the matter dealt with. I understand that some situations are out of control but you don't speak to clients like the way I have been spoken too.
