Been to a lot of stores across Brisbane in the last 18 years. Quality used to be awesome, but in the last 3 years, only had one really nice meal. Deception Bay Store.Earlier tonight (Tuesday 16 Feb 2021), I questioned the manager at Annerley about the charges on the receipt and she had a stand up argument with me in front of a shop full of customers.You were wrong, and then to start arguing with me made you totally wrong. On the plus side, the food was edible.Edit : Tried KFC again tonight (Thursday 18 Feb 2021) at Sunnybank.8 pm and they had no original chicken cooked. Told 20 minutes. 8:40 pm and finally got my food. Chicken was hot, but the oil must have been overdue to be replaced. The skin was all burnt.Was quite surprised I got my food ahead of the other customer I was talking to. He put his order in at 7:35 pm and was there before me waiting for a meal replacement.

today i was at Garden City in the food court,i decided to pick up a quick $5 lunch,i went to kfc,i was given a pepsi max can,i told the staff behind the counter that i don't drink diet drinks,the artificial sweetner is a carcigen,they told me that was what i would have to drink,i ended up going without the drink,there was also no spoon,wet towels or napkins,this particular staff member needs to learn about customer service,it was very poor service and i will never go back

I agree. Got chicken from Albany Creek store on Tuesday. Initially wanted a mix of hot n spicy and original. Told it would be a 13 minute wait for hot n spicy so said we'd take all original. Chicken was very dry. Must have been sitting under warming lights for quite some time. It was not enjoyable at all. There was however 1 piece of hot n spicy that was delicious. This was at 1pm which I would have thought was lunch rush time. Won't be in a hurry to return

Hi, I wish to make a complaint about the service we received today at the Bundamba Store on the highway near Ipswich.The young staff are rude, every table was dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days, the toilets were dirty and the bin was full.My friend and I ordered after one another, she got her order in 8 minutes and I had to ask where mine was ... I waited 19 minutes.I'm sorry but that's not good enough.I worked for Collins Food Group, KFC, many years ago and we would have been hauled over the coals for all of this and especially for not greeting your customers in a friendly way.I have been to this store 3 times now and will never go back.They could take some serious lessons from your Brassall store.Sherie
