Pilates Connection
After 2 years of sciatic pain in my leg and back pain, 2 MRI's, 2 lumbar injections and numerous Chiro and Physio sessions I was pointed to Liane and Pilates Connection. I have finally found something that is improving my pain. Its not a quick fix, so it will take time, but my back is finally improving and with Liane and Larissa's close attention at every session I can feel the difference. If you have back problems then I highly recommend Liane and Larissa at Pilates Connection, I'm very grateful to have found them.

Pilates Connection
Pilates Connection is the best health decision I have ever made. I am strong and healthy, helping with preexisting injuries and maintaining my ideal weight. I have finally found the exercise that is my forever.

Pilates Connection
I've had regular Structural Integration treatments with Leanne and each session I feel amazing and this type of treatment definitely helps keep my body in tune. Recommend highly.
