Zack did a terrific job today repairing my roof.I called 3 different roofing company’s who two of them I made a appointment with did not show up and the third one came out and I never herd from him again. I honestly was just going to give up I found zack online and thought I would give it a last try and I’m so happy I did he came out the same day I had called gave me a quote on the spot explained everything that needed to be done. He was very helping and caring wasn’t trying to rip me off was just straight forward fixed my issue few days later and now I’m left smiling thank you zack I had told you please do a good job I’ll recommend you to family and friends and you did more then that look thank you Regards Megan from Frankston.

Zacks is very responsible. Quote. Order product. Install very quick, unlike some other companies not even reply your email quote. Zack’s price also reasonable.Very happy with the whole process. Good job Zack.

Zach and his team did a great and clean job today in installing a new rain downpipe from the existing gutter.My only suggestion will be to consider more advanced updates about availability and time of installation. I understand exact times can be difficult though:)Thanks Zach and the crew.

Use Zack to repair some leaking guttering and he was so professional in the repair. Excellent attention to detail and was able to explain all the necessary steps.Definitely would recommend the company to others to use for any roofing job. And very happy with results.

Had to get someone else to fix issues with the repairs done on the replacement of my old gutter: leaks and no water flow. He also damaged my roof capping tiles in the progress of the repair. Had to get a roof tiler to fix the issue. Called him to come back but no response.

I feel sad that after reading all these reviews that I have to leave a negative feedback. Unfortunately, my experience with Zack was very disappointing. After reading through everyone's comments, I had decided to call him to grab a quotation for my daughter's property. He was very responsive. We had agreed on a Saturday (on the long weekend). however, I was happy to meet him later during the day as it is winter and also a weekend. He insisted on an early start and so I agreed. I woke up, got ready and reached the house around 7.55 am. He had wanted to meet at 8 am. Suddenly, I received a message. It was Zack. The message read: Sorry I can't come today. Can you leave this for Monday?" I was very disappointed. He could have called me atleast half hour before so I could have not driven all the way down. This was my only weekend off. So I messaged him back saying
