This petrol station has only recently opened here at Kelso. The toilets are an absolute disgrace. Filthy dirty. This is the 2nd visit to this outlet and no change still disgusting.

Was driving home from a long holiday and no sandwiches, no pies. Quiet disappointed as there was no signs stating that item was sold out. Now knowing how lazy your workers are to stock the item up I should of filled up at 711 instead. Sorry not sorry get your stock sorted.

Employees constantly park in the disabled parking and when my partner or I bring it up with them they say sorry and won’t do it again but then everytime we go they are still parked there. Just plain lazy and rude for those who need the spot.
