Steve does a fantastic job of good, old-fashioned customer service. Only charges for what he has done, goes above and beyond to help, and the staff at the shop have been great too.I’ve been using their services for years and recently had a new pump, chlorine sensor, pH sensor and control system put in. Good stuff with good service.Any issue is never too small.Thank you Steve, Richard, George, Jordan and the others that work there.Cheers

Knowledgeable, but so arrogant! It is obvious that the guy behind the counter thinks that his knowledge of pools gives him the right to be rude & arrogant. His obvious need to lecture customers on pool maintenance, chemicals and all thing related will only help shrinking the business further - something he feels the need to complain to customers about.... Will not be returning!

When recently vacating a rental property I had to get my pool clear quickly after weeks of bad windy weather ( leaves & dust going into pool ) .. I didn’t know the exact size of the pool so the staff member looked the property up online to get a visual and calculated the correct amount of products to use .. He only sold me what he thought would be the basic products needed to clear my pool, and did not push extra products on to me just to make money .. He gave outstanding service and my pool was clear very quickly .. Great friendly service , very qualified staff !
