The facilities, activities and staff were all excellent and I had a great experience here during school camp. However, there was a single staff member, whose name I can not recall, (he wore glasses and had a short beard) who was extremely unpleasant. He would constantly be shouting and cursing at students who didn't behave well, and spoke in a loud, condescending tone at other times. He would often refuse service to students for no particular reason, despite us having paid a lot of money to attend. I would understand if staff members had unpleasant attitudes as a result of constant misbehaviour, but this one particular staff member had an appalling attitude at all times, and made what would have been a perfect experience somewhat less enjoyable for not only myself, but many others as well.

Stayed here for the Hartley Challenge. It was a great venue. The contractor Spotless put on great meals and served all the rider well. The parks staff were very friendly and responsive any needs. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms could do with a few more amenities such as common room refrigerator, more lounge space and flyscreens.

Great for a solid school camp. Skilled instructors, well maintained equipment, school camp food and catering for ask the fussy/special diet requirements. Lots of groups use the space on a regular basis, and non stop school groups.

I stayed here for Year 11 School Camp in 2008, it was good but toilets and basin inside the bathroom in the dorm gross. Other than that, had a decent time.

So good to be cooked for for a weekend. Ropes course looks heaps fund, though we didn't do it. All of the staff were supremely personable. They were keen to help out with anything, yet eager to have a yarn. Open and welcoming. Comfy beds with heated rooms. We felt extremely well looked after. Try their bircher muesli and cookies.

This resort is near Lake Jindabyne but not at a walking distance. You cannot get a Lake view however you get to see some of it from one of the barbeque designated areas. Having said that this is a very nice centre for a night stay, especially with family and friends. The management is very cooperative, friendly and would go an extra mile in case you need some help. Be aware of the Kangaroo's and adult supervision of Kids at all times is recommended. If you visit during the summer, it can get hot inside and Air Conditioning is available only in few units (4 room units). It is good place for a big together of family and friends. Their is a small pond at the entrance and if lucky, one can find birds & ducks in the morning and in the evenings.

I’m a student who attended this camp a few weeks back for 3 days and 2 nights. When we first got off our coaches, we left our luggage near the rec hall and headed for a little tour and had lunch. It was a really fun experience. The facilities were very clean, including our lodges with our own bathroom. Staff team were very nice and comforting especially when I had lost my goggles during the ride to the snowfields.Dinner and breakfast was great! Way better than expected, but lunch was ehhhhh but still edible. Oh and dinner’s dessert was YUM! Always looking forward to dinner! Staff also try to prevent food waste so they always ask what you want on your plate! You can also ask for smaller or larger portions! Overall thought on food — Very balanced! What we got to eat! — Breakfast : Day 2 — Pancakes Day 3 — ToastLunch : Day 1 & 2 — Ham and cheese sandwich Day 3 — Chicken wrap (YUMM)Dinner : Day 1 — Pasta with some sides Day 2 — Chicken and gravy with some sidesThe activities were really fun. There was archery, survival skills etc..! Also saw many kangaroos and the perfect sky sunset while walking back from archery..Overall it was a really fun experience, especially when me & my friends were just talking in our lodge room! Big thanks to the staff team for keeping us safe, warm and hygienic! Truely deserves 5 stars!!

A wonderful place to go. I went there for a school camp and it was very enjoyable. The walk up Mt Koziousco was worth it and it has a great view from the summit. We stayed at a sports recreation centre in lodges, and it was a interesting experience. There was many fun activities that we did such as mountain biking and archery. The food was alright.Overall it was great experience.
