So lucky to have this place to go to when i usually only finish work in the city late! Had a bowl of Unagi Don, Really Good! Their food is fresh and well prepared, nice ingredients and tasty flavour. Will definitely visit again!

My Dad and I tried the Salmon Aburi and it blew us away! The food was incredible and the staff there were really nice and were willing to take our rubbish. Extremely good experience, definitely recommend this place if you want some really authentic Japanese cuisine.

Absolutely delicious!Got take away while on holiday in Townsville. Fresh, tasty and prepared with care. Very kind staff working too!Highly recommend.

Amazing Japanese take out. They kitchen was busy with orders the food is so good. Lovely friendly service. The Karaage chicken is fantastic!! So crunchy, juicy and tasty. Sushi was fresh and tasty. Lovely big thick napkins provided.

If I lived in Townsville this would be my number one place to eat. Everything I ordered was delicious. The chef took so much care in the presentation and nailed the flavours. Service was super friendly. Love the on street ordering counter, making it easy to get food with a pooch in tow.

Passed through Townsville on the way to Cairns and searched on Google maps for some recommendations and this one came up with 5 stars. Was not disappointed!Food was fresh and delicious. The bento box was amazing, sushi and karage chicken were super tasty. Service was most friendly. Last time we went to Gyo, I think we have found a new favourite!
