I just wanted to thank then team at Distinctive Flooring, their customer service and quick response assist us with finding the right flooring for our new kiosk.

I would highly recommend using Distinctive Floors!I recently used them when having new vinyl flooring throughout my house.The whole process was simple and handled professionally from the measuring and quoting process to the finished job. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The layers did an amazing job when installing the vinyl, very pleasant and highly knowledgeable! I have recommended these to family and friends!5*!

Had a time set nobody showed called the office and was told nobody is in later got a call that they had no idea and that they would be another hour + or they wouldn't come at all! I called the office back to ask what was going on that person passed me on to another person that told me the labors went to the wrong job. A call would have made this much easier. In the end they where 3 hours late

A completely horrible experience.This company laid floors in our home on the 14th of December and then it took them 3 months for them to fix the job they did. They blamed their materials, brought in ‘experts’ and dragged everything out. They said they’d fix it, but cut corners and just moved the problems around. The sales representative we dealt with would tell us one thing one day and another thing the next week. On several occasions we had layers arrive saying they’d been told to do something completely different to what we’d discussed with the sales representative. Then we had to sort it out for them about what actually needed to be done. When I asked the sales representative for clarity – i.e: we’re they going to do what we discussed last week, he dismissively told me he didn’t remember what we discussed as he never wrote anything down.In the end what it took to fix the floors was for them to do the floor preparation properly that they should have done before laying the floor the first time, and even now it’s only really 85% okay. Be wary of this company. The boards they use might be excellent quality, but the service was terrible.
