Pathetic management. Two stars are only for the friendly staff there. They have abdolutely no arrangement for people waiting in queue. You have to literally stand under the blazing son for hours before your turn comes. The least they can do is to have some token system, install a screen outside the venue, people take a token, go back to their cars and once their no is displayed they can come. Not a rocket science I guess but the management seems to be a little too brainless to arrange something for people waiting for hours in the scortching heat.

I always find our kids items with low fuss, and find the mature age staff assisting with the queue and apparel very kind , attentive and helpful. This is just what you need amidst waiting with young children and warm weather. Have always been happy with the floor staff, especially the gentlemen assisting today!

Horrible experience! You go to the store to buy uniforms for your children and the prices are very expensive especially if you have more than 1 child. When you get there, you expect a better service from the staff, especially for such high prices, but unfortunately the staff that served us was very rude and unprofessional, had no manners how to speak to people for a customer facing environment we were shocked how rude she was.

Comparatively small outlet with limited staff, so it gets crowded around school opening day. Nice and friendly staff members. They give out 20 minutes appointment slots to effectively manage customers. No public toilets in the store.

The price is very expensive, I couldn't get all what my kids need but the young lady on customer service was friendly and helpful

Awful experience ! Trying on certain sizes for my daughter school uniform and then i was given different sizes on checkout and when came back to exchange their fault, the items were out of stock and God knows when they will restock! Not to mention the rude staff!

Very rude manager argues with the customers, no morals and customer service, pathetic experience , store is a mess, very expensive, charge 50$ just for T-shirt, ripp off,will speak to school to change to some other business
