Stale and pathetic serviceWhen you purchase a brand of crackers ( 4 boxes a week of OB cranberry crackers), and a box is clearly stale, you would assume when you contact the supplier they would just say 'no problem and send a fresh box.Nope not this company

I recently went to Gourmet Food Distributors to pick up some Mexican products that aren’t available in mainstream retail shops in the Newcastle area. The team there couldn’t have been more helpful sorting me out, even though I was just buying a smaller quantity for home use.Very reasonable pricing and a good range of specialty items. It’s a bit out of the way for me to get there but well worth the trip.Thanks GFS.
