Formerly known as Linksync, this plugin is a SCAM. Not only doesn't deliver what is promised but their unprepared and unprofessional support team is useless. We've been denied a refund when the product stopped working after a WooCommerce update and now I realised that they didn't stop their annual re-payments!! Please don't waste time and money with this, I recommend StarShipIT instead, highly versatile and with a great support service.

Tried to get assistance to shift my website over to another host from faststores after many years with them...they couldn't be less helpful if they tried and now we have lost our website. They knew what was required but failed to assist in a proper manner...fast at taking your monthly fee though!!

I have been a client for over 20 years. Today I experienced an issue relating to the initial configuration of my mail. I have left countless messages and called numbers that are not in service. Why have a 1300 number if it doesn't ring.I have been without email all day, ( no fault of Blaze Online.)The fix should be relatively easy , however I cant be sure , because NO ONE will call me back to confirm it.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CALL ME TO DISCUSS MY ISSUE.

I've had the pleasure of working with Blaze Online for five years now. From the moment we started working together I knew they were different to the digital agencies and developers we've worked with. I hired Blaze to do a full website redesign. They promised I would see at least a 25% increase in conversion. The design process was a pleasure, the team was easy to work with and we made some great improvements to my site. The rebuild was more stressful and required extra troubleshooting to get everything working properly, but all my concerns were quickly resolved. As for their promise – desktop conversion didn’t change much, but mobile conversion has increased by almost 100%***Edit***6 months later…. Mobile conversion remains high. But organic traffic has fallen by approximately 50%. Every month I have had expensive tech problems. I mentioned some of these issues to Blaze, but they quoted extremely high prices for troubleshooting. I hired a SEO expert to look at my traffic and discovered how poorly my website was designed. I reached out to Blaze. As we discussed the issue, more problems were uncovered. Some of the problems were my fault, some belonged to other developers before/after. But, according to Blaze’s own audits, they had left certain parts of my website “terrible” and “mediocre”. These areas were well within the scope of the project. I paid a premium price and logically expected a premium product.I asked for a partial refund since I had not received everything I paid for. Blaze acknowledged all the problems and offered 40 free tech hours. I was briefly tempted, but once I read their own audit, I decided it would be foolish to have them work on my site again. In our contract they had claimed I would receive good SEO, lightning speed, and a mobile-first redesign. Now they say that none of those things are their expertise. They say their expertise is data-driven ecommerce, across 7 themes. But according to their own audits, they did not give me good scores in all 7 themes. I received poor, mediocre, decent and good scores. They gave me “near perfect” scores in areas they later described as “embarrassing.”I don’t believe this was done with malicious intent. I am 100% certain it was a combination of lazy standards, poor time-management, and over-promising beyond their real ability. Blaze has told me that it is reasonable to expect high standards, but that they won’t refund any money and that to give an honest review of their work is “extortion”.

We engaged Blaze to refresh our website. Their sales method is very impressive. They were friendly, but took much longer than promised. Apparently other clients had priority. Then for the second half of the engagement, they demanded full up front payment. Given their performance in the first half, we engaged another contractor and had a successful outcome. Blaze wasn't bad to work with but I have worked with better contractors.
