Dr Raymond Yean is one of the best GP I have met. He is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He would greet you with his smile and treat you like a person rather than a number.

Nurses amazing with all my daughter’s immunisations! Drs are caring and listen even though they are busy! Never had a bad appointment with this centre. Will go here over anywhere else!

Disastrous to say the least. Have spent 8 weeks trying to get important medical records sent to new Dr. Form has been sent twice and 5 calls made. Telling me what I want to hear to get me off the phone. Am now on hold for 45 mins, no one answering. PM was supposed to call me yesterday, nothing. Go elsewhere. This med centre does not have the time nor the staff to take more patients.

Went to the medical centre on Tuesday, I was looked after by a lovely receptionist, she was helping me filling in paperwork as i injured my writing hand and the doctor was really good in seeing me quickly to get X-rays done. However going in the following day to get my results even though I wasn’t notified when I was able to come and view them, I was forced to go buy a mask even though I wasn’t told the day before I had to do that and no one else was wearing masks on both the days in the centre besides the receptionists (Doctor wasn’t wearing a mask), very poor communication and very unprofessional from the lady that served me today.

I have been going to this centre since it opened and the Queen Medical before that my experience has always been positive.The ladies at the front desk are always lovely, all the staff in pathology and the surgery are great with my kids and I.My kids and I see Dr Raymond, he is very good with making the kids feel comfortable and always thorough with whatever issue we have.The only negatives are the wait times can be pretty bad if you're a walk in and even if you make an appointment you may wait a long time to see your doctor but I would imagine that would be quite common amongst other GP practices.

I was hesitant to do a review, however after the 4th time this has happed I felt I needed to. I needed to see a do one on a Saturday morning and when I arrived was told that there were no doctors here until 12:30pm. I returned at 12:25 to take my place in line. The doctor did not show up for their shift until 1:25. I felt for the poor receptionist who has had to deal with so many frustrated patients. This is a massive medical centre with little staff. I am still waiting to be seen. This has occurred 4 times in 3 months.

Dr Raymond is awesome...Reception are lovelyWaiting time is ridiculous though...Clinic Manager is helpful and approachable.Pathology has bruised me several times, don't seem to have enough experience ... Not going back...Pharmacists are very professionalNurses Clinic are great too...

I have been here multiple times over the years, and the staff on reception are always kind, understanding and always open to listening to you, but I was there before a few days ago, informed them of my allergies had it on file as I did see it, went in as I have had some issues with stuff I can't control and I get treated like just another number and prescribed pills that I am allergic to :/ he barely spoke to me and didn't even acknowledge my issues. Just looked at me stayed quiet barely spoke and when he did it was just OK.. here take this. Thank you bye. Always look at your sheets before you leave.I then went in today, requested a different doctor and not only did he (Dr Hany Wassef) Treat me like a human being and a friend but he updated my details, showed empathy and even listened to me. Now that's how it should be. This Dr is my redeemer without him and his treatment I wouldn't have gone back and the stars would be less. If you want someone who cares go to him <3I hope this helps someone, but guys always ALWAYS check and ensure they have your allergies on file if you have any at all :) we shouldn't have to, normally they ask. Dr Michael is fantastic. I had to have a skin procedure last week and he took time to explain in detail what needed to be done, addressing all my concerns.I also want to take this opportunity to say how absolutely wonderful and attentive Anmol (nurse) was during this procedure. I was quite anxious and she stayed with me the entire time ensuring I was OK, in no pain and that she would be on shift for the follow up visit, changing of the bandage etc.When I arrived a few days later for the follow up visit, Anmol was just as kind and caring, remembering who I was and what needed to be done. She is an absolute gem.

This practice is incompetentThe clerical staff are absolutely cluelessI have been waiting for my medical records for over 3 months to be sent over to my current GP and they still cannot manage to complete this simple task. I asked to speak to the practice manager the response was “she’s not available today she’s gone home” I asked to speak to the GP and her response was there are no GP’s on site as we close @ 6.00pm on Tuesday evenings it was 5.20pm still another 40 minutes to close. The clerk was alone in a practice with nil medical staff. All I want is my medical records.
