First time visitor, had to chase people constantly to ask what the procedure was, where the trees were, how we get tree cut, after 1 hour walking around didnt find a tree remotely adequate, very poor shaping, sparse foliage, all round second rate trees, no care taken by staff in transporting trees , collection and baling area a shambles , left without a tree happy to go elsewhere

We had such a great experience yesterday at the farm. The staff are super lovely and helpful, we found the perfect tree and the price was fantastic compared to elsewhere. They are also selling the high quality Cinco stands at a good price and a whole array of Christmas goodies and snacks. A wonderful memory, we will be back next year for sure!

Always a fun time trying to find the perfect tree!We enjoy it as a family, the trees are reasonably priced.Do recommend taking your own chainsaw or saw though as the ones they supply while usable are are well used

Worth the drive from Diamond Creek. Lovely trees and very reasonable prices. Also sells his own wine. Trying the Viogner right now and it's delicious.Highly recommend. We'll be back next year for sure.

What an amazing place! The staff were so friendly and helpful and there are thousands of trees to choose from. You can pickup one ready to go or go and cut your own which was such a cool experience. Much cheaper than the trees in Melbourne Metro and such a memorable and fun day.

We usually buy a tree from Rotary or the Scouts but have left it too late this year. So, for the first time went to a commercial enterprise.I very much recommend North Pole Christmas Tree farm to anyone thinking of getting a tree. The very agreeable prices was complemented by very prompt attendance and exceptionally friendly advice and service. The highest recommendation to NPCTF.

We've been coming here for years... There's no better way to get your Christmas tree (by choosing and cutting it yourself). They also have freshly pre-cut trees as well. Highly recommended day out. Very family friendly.
