Call returned immediately after holiday period and now awaiting an inspection appointment after my holidays

Hello! My dad works here and he is amazing at his job! I'm so glad that so many people like this business!

Since 2014 we've used Capital Coast for three kitchens and a large built-in vanity unit in Canberra and on the south coast. We could not have been happier with their customer service, design, build quality, attention to detail and overall value for money. When a plastic locking pin broke in a much-used drawer six years after installation of one kitchen, the company promptly dispatched Matt who fixed it quickly with a smile. We highly recommend these guys for any joinery work.

very poor communication, poor service, over priced and do destroy your home, think twice before selecting these guys for your home.you get mislead by looking in there glamorous showroom, first impression is very good and sales person act as they are the best in the country, you think it is ok to pay bit more to get better job and service and unfortunately end up paying more to get worse outcome. I am very sure you can get much better service and good work from Bunnings and paying half the price what these guys charge.They end up making a big hole in my wall which they partially repaired and left it as it is ( see the pictures), after fixing the cupboard my feature wall tiles on the oppersite wall started falling apart (check the pics) and I had to pay tilers to come and redo the all wall, send complaints by email, calls and no one bothered to even ask how they can help or what was going on, emails not answered, phone calls were just a wast of time as they keep saying some one will call back, no comunications at all,no explanations about how was the procedure going to be what are the extra payments I need to pay ect. and after some time plumber knocking at my door with very unpleasant and angry face asking why I have't paid him money ( I was not explained I need to pay for plumber separately and not send an invoice) I paid the money to him straight away and after few weeks I am getting call from CCK saying they are going to report me for debt collectors as I have not payed the all amount and there is approximately $300 balance, I haven't receive any invoice for that ( even I have asked in my email to send an invoice if there is any balance payment I need to pay). Later found they have entered my email address wrongly in there data base. ( even though all the initial communications was thru emails and they had my correct email address and no one bothered to check even why the emails were bouncing back). They have given the wrong email address to the plumbing service and that is why even plumber could not send his invoice to me.It was very very unpleased experience in all aspects and do not get your beautiful home destroyed by these guys

Always extremely happy with the friendliness of the staff and service installation.This is the 4th kitchen, and the biggest yet, they have completed for us.Capital Coast Kitchens have also done wardrobes and laundries for us, all good.

Working remotely can be a problem. I'm Sydney based and needed a rebuild of my 40 year old kitchen at Batehaven. They put themselves out to quote on a weekend. Plans and quote was prompt and well executed, work was neat, clean, to specifications. I'm very happy with the job.
