Fantastic! Even though I did not use their services for my wedding day (partner wanted something specific) Mel has been an absolute dream to deal with. I reached out a month prior to our wedding due to another supplier taking 4 months to get a quote sorted, and even then they were unresponsive. However Mel was amazing at communication, and the quote process with her was super easy. The quote was easy to read with pictures etc she changed whatever needed to be changed and helped me with all my queries.She is flexible, happy to offer suggestions, and would accommodate to my wants.Any other events in the future I will reach out to Imagine.

We engaged Imagine Events as event stylists for our wedding, and the result was phenomenal. The venue looked fantastic on the day, exactly as we’d imagined it, with the outdoor ceremony area looking particularly stunning.Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always responsive, willing to talk through ideas, offer feedback, make suggestions and work together to design the event. She went above and beyond many times, attending late meetings with our other suppliers, offering feedback and advice on other aspects of the event, and accommodating last-minute requests. When we were forced to delay our original wedding plans due to COVID-19, Melanie was incredibly accommodating and understanding, agreeing to move our wedding to a new date at no extra charge.Thoroughly professional, down-to-earth, quality service. Melanie was a pleasure to work with for my wedding. We had relatively small needs (we were seeking a table chart, place cards, plinths and a wishing well) and she was responsive, reliable and never tried to upsell. We also changed our mind a few times and she was very accommodating.
