Tracking system is useless . They picked up my order in Sydney 7 days ago and still has not arrived to Brisbane. Ordered another product from Sydney from different transport company same day and I had it onsite 2 days later.

Our customer received plywood from us in the absolutely embarrassing state. We never had similar issues in our practice with Northline during past 5 years. Job MS22914703. Looks like this company doesn't understand how to handle freight anymore.

Pathetic communication and customer service. Got a text to say delivery of my furniture would be the next day, I responded to reschedule. No one bothered to contact back. Called three times over 2 weeks to schedule delivery of furniture that was at their depot. Each time I was told I'd be contacted, never happened. I suddenly get a call from driver in front of my house when no prior warning given. The online tracking also showed the furniture was still at the depot - they even admitted issues with tracking for other customers! Driver didn't provide me any option than to leave on my driveway (previous phone conversations with HQ said I would be charged if it had to be taken back to the depot and stored again). When I called to complain, they said they contacted me - lies. Then they said it was an email - rubbish (not in inbox, spam, trash etc.). Also, why text last time but no email, but this time email but no text - they just make stuff up on the spot. They then blamed me for giving authority to leave - again, driver gave no alternative option and previous discussions with HQ said I would be charged - when this was entirely their fault for poor communication and scheduling. Had to leave work early and organise a friend to come and help me lift everything, and it was a rainy day! Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This would have to be one of the worst freight company's that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Three and a half weeks waiting for them to deliver my shipment from Perth to Hervey Bay QLD. After several calls to their customer service team, I was assured that it would be delivered this week and tracking information has had it showing as out for delivery" for the past 3 days. Called customer service again on Friday morning and was told that it was definately on the truck for delivery to me today. Well guess what.... today has been and gone and still no sign of it!Don't even bother calling their customer service team

Terrible service, they will lie repeatedly. Was told delivery had arrived in Depot last Thursday and be delivered Friday. Waited all day Friday only to call in the afternoon and find out it didn't get put on the truck and to call back on the 28th. Called yesterday 28th and told they're definitely being delivered on the 29th. Receive a text at 9am to say they're coming on the 30th. Have cancelled plans for 2 full days now and still no answer on when I'll receive delivery.

worst delivery service. Item supported arrived 25/3/3023, delay once 1/4/2023.I waiting for delivery Saturday morning. when the truck driver arrived, I have been told. the item forget load. what I get is just piece of paper.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -I neglected to listen to reviews before using northline through Transdirect. Had a pallet booked for collection between 11am-5pm on 12.12.22, I called in the morning to confirm the pallet was being picked up as it was the first time using the service and was told it was not being picked up at all at 11:30am!! no notification, no care and the customer service rep (Anthony) was laughing over the phone when I was trying to get answers. They assured me it was booked on the next day (Wednesday) as the truck from Brisbane to Adelaide leaves on the Wednesday and Friday evenings. Guess what... Northline failed to the pick the pallet up again, with no notification, no care and no solutions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had a driver deliver some headlights and had zero issues with communication. Called up and spoke to a lovely Australian lady and asked for the delivery driver to call me when he was delivering. The driver called me twice after I missed the first call when he was delivering and left the package exactly where I asked.

Entirely incompetent - been over 7 days for a four hour trip to get our $10k item delivered and still can’t tell me where the item is. This is for a business and costs us money everyday it isn’t here. Apparently they have an agent who doesn’t get back to them but they can’t give me their details to chase up as it private. Private - really??? An incompetent business hiding behind privacy so their incompetence and unprofessionalism can’t be questioned.
