Highly recommend! Estelle and the girls are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. I’ve been going to this Salon since I was little and couldn’t be more happy with every service I have received, they make you feel very welcome every time you enter the salon.

Went to Elva's for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Erin was amazing and worked out options to suit my budget. Love the colour and cut and the massage chair at the basin was a wonderful surprise!!! I've found my new regular salon ❤

I absolutely loved my last visit, but unfortunately I won't be able to go again. I'm pensioner who can't afford $200+ for a cut and colour. I asked about a pensioner discount and they couldn't even give me $5 off. I was told they didn't do that.

Took my daughter here to get her hair chit even after spending the last year growing out her fringe. Told them I wanted her hair cut all one length and they gave her a wispy fringe that could be pinned back with a bobby pin" very disappointed as the sole purpose of the cut was to get her hair all one length and get rid of the fringe for good.Also got a men's cut and a beard trim

Great experience, Keeley made me feel very welcome, everyone is kind, great atmosphere in the salon.Hair treatment and scalp massage was amazing. I am very happy with my hairstyle. Thankyou for the brilliant service and making me feel happy and confident again.

Got my haircut here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Incredible service and the workers are so nice! Very homey environment!

The team at Elva's are just fabulous and always know how to get my hair looking it's best. They are highly knowledgeable, expertly trained and most of all, very friendly. I love my visits to Elva's Hairdressing and I will remain a loyal customer for years to come.

I can only review based on the poorest customer service experience I have ever experienced from a hair salon. I had already been driving for 90mins towards Sale for my hair appointment and I phoned ahead to indicate I was going to be 10mins late due to unexpected traffic conditions coming from East Gippsland. I was hoping there would be some understanding and accommodation. To the contrary! I was advised that my appointment would be cancelled. I was speechless and utterly dumbfounded! I was 10mins away after already driving for 90mins. Is this how you treat new customers who are prepared to do a 3 hour return trip to go to your salon!! The excuse I received was they didn’t have enough time to do my colour - it was only 11am. No apology, no sympathy, no offer to rebook. NOTHING!! My mother was having her hair cut at the same time and I waited in the reception area. The entire time I was waiting, there was no apology, no explanation, I wasn’t offered any sort of refreshment whatsoever. Not only will I NEVER return to this salon, I will not recommend this salon. I have been a regular customer for a salon in Melbourne that has been awarded Australian Hairdresser of the Year over several years and I have never been treated in such a poor manner. With my recent move to East Gippsland, I was hoping to support local business but of all salons I have been to, this salon was by far the worst customer service. In future I will be travelling to Melbourne for my hair appointments. If I could, I would leave a no star rating for my terrible experience with this salon. Never again!! You need to pick up your act!!
