Jan was so friendly and accomodating with a last minute delivery request for my client to celebrate a milestone birthday. Not just service was great though, the arrangement was beautiful and our client was absolutely thrilled.

Had these flowers delivered to a friend. Jan was extremely helpful, I gave her a rough brief of what I wanted and the occasion and they put something pretty special together. This bunch was $100 delivered, including the pot. Very well priced and fantastic service.

I rang for a florist urgently needing 2 large bouquets. Jan was honest with me and said she would do her best. I arrived at the time agreed to pick them up and there she was waiting outside so I could meet my deadline. The bouquets were amazing, I recommend Urban Botanica unequivocally.
