this place is so bad, has fake advertisements. I went in today wanting lash extensions and the lady told me they don’t do them but they’re is advertised at the front window of the shop and website. would not recommend to anyone I know and will not be going back.

I was almost in tears, I have been growing my eyebrows out forever , and specifically said to not adjust the thickness, I was left with uneven, thin eyes brows that I was embarrassed to walk out the shops with. She even cut the hairs super short and left missing spots! Would 100% avoid

Persisted with multiple less than statisfacory brow shaping/threading experiences, at this place, as their Melbourne sites are so great. I thought I’d just had bad luck, here. However after my last visit, I will never go back. I currently have one eyebrow that’s 3/4 the length of my other one. I should’ve just plucked afew of the ‘strays’ at home rather than now having to wait 3 weeks for them to grow out. I flagged it with the girl who did the terrible job at the time and she proceeded to show me how to colour the “short” brow in - I shouldn’t have to fix your terrible job. I definitely came in with two eyebrows that were the same shape/length!Also, prepare for their little sales pitch of asking if you’d also like your top lip done, after they do your brows. It’s bad enough that they even ask, let alone then have the audacity to double check.

Closes at 4pm and went in for a brow tint and thread which usually takes 10-15 mins at 3:40. Was advised that they couldn’t do it as they were closing. Even with 20 mins left they have other things to do - maybe close doors earlier and not advertise closing time as 4pm! Lost customer!
