After purchasing the HSRSX 16t lifter and reporting slow load/unload times well below specs, telescopic and main rams out of sync with ram contacting body. 5 weeks later to be told they want the truck back in their workshop for week. We are a Gold Coast business and was told when we purchased this lifter any issues would be dealt with locally which is not the case nor can we afford to have a truck off rd for a week after owning for less than 2 months. Sorry but that is disappointing and not the service we expected
