We engaged Lifestyle books to provide a bookkeeping service for our E-commerce business in 2021.So far, from her initial engagement she has only provided us with one single BAS lodgement despite direct debiting from our account every month for several months.Lifestyle books now owes us two BAS lodgements, and one additional month of Q4 to get us current with what she has been paid to provide.The time wasted on my end, continually following up for our BAS Lodgements for a service that was meant to save me time is extremely disappointing.Even more so is the fact we have been charged for a service that has failed to be provided, we are now late on two BAS lodgements and the ATO stressed that we could be fined due to the late lodgements.Her responsiveness to multiple emails, even calls to resolve this issue, or provide us with an update has been completely slack.When she did eventually respond, she would promise to have them complete by xx date, that date would pass and again radio silence from her, until we would chase her for another update and again get the same excuse - it was a never ending cycle...Our experience with Lifestyle Bookkeeping is not one we would like any other local small business owner to face.
