Cheap but far from cheerful.Do not stand behind their products, tried to blame a flexible stirrup on anything else they possibly could. The operations manager Cathy didn't even understand their stirrups were longer than they are wide, so a square posts couldn't possibly fully fit on the stirrup as she was suggesting.Even their own rep was shocked at the movement in the stirrup
