Where do I start! Placed a $800 Click & collect special order on 22 June 2022 wait time was 14days according to website. Called customer service at the end of 2 weeks to make enquiry after more than 3 calls to customer service and 2 calls to my local Bunnings store. Now 6 weeks since we ordered we received part of our order the remainder arrived 8 weeks later! Unfortunately the order is not right so have now sent 2 emails again to customer service enquiring how they are going to deal with the error. To date have not received any correspondence? So today I called your QLD head office to speak to the Customer Service Manager Max" I left my phone no. With the customer service desk assistant and after waiting 17minutes for him to take my call he hung up on me

I went there this afternoon looking for a particular. Product three staff standing doing nothing asked where could I find a particular product no.one knew where it was it was right in front of them cashiers at the time generally engaging in gossip while customers left standing I needed advice on an item the girl called for some one to help. Only to be approached by a young guy who took his time too busy chatting up some female when he finally approached me did not have a clue about the product considering it was a public holiday so many staff on getting paid penalty rates just to do nothing the trip to this store was frustrating and annoying..1 min agoAgain no one takes notice when U complain.just nOperator is

I find the Bunnings online website extremely slow, not at all used friendly and very difficult to navigate to find specific products. Anyone else have the same experience.

Hi Bunnings, the new catalogue is amazing, am so excited, love your stores. My store is Grafton, I wanted to thank a young man named Lachie in this store. I was struggling with my trolley, he came up took the trolley to the car, then loaded everything into the boot, the 5 bags of potting mix were heavy. He was so nice, please let Bunnings Grafton know and thank him for me. Great work Bunnings.

I have just returned from Bunnings, Capalaba and couldn’t speak highly enough of Vaughan in the garden tools area who gave me the advice I required in purchasing a Ryobi product. It is not that often that you get someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to not only help you but was so pleasant to deal with. Bunnings needs to employ more staff like Vaughan.

WOW Totally disgusted with Bunnings Gympie, no customer service,no honouring of supposedly Bunnings match price policy, no communication between staff ,obviously not trained,in policies and procedures ,manager leaves all this on his team leader,not good enough the manager at Bunnings Gympie needs to be on the floor.Excessive delivery charges for a 6k delivery.This warehouse does not deserve a one star ,never again will I shop there or at any Bunnings.load.

I went to Bunnings Mt Gravatt on the 18Mar2022. I went there and purchased items almost totalling $500. The staff were very unhelpful, dismissive and rude. It was apparent that I was an inconvenience.I asked for advice on a lawn mower and a blower. To my dismay, the employee stood there, whilst I had to pick up the lawn mower which was boxed. No offer of assistance. I felt surprised and disappointed by the two staff I had dealings with. I needed the items so it was necessary for me to purchase. Very disappointed and maybe a staff meeting should be held to ask your staff to engage in help and friendliness.

Came here to get some basic paint and garden supplies and they didn’t have any for sale!

Trying to buy from Bunnings tradepass online has been like pulling teeth. The online line system won't let me set my local store for pricing and availability. I have lodged many feedback requests and numerous phone calls, but no-one from that area has done me the courtesy of contacting me.
