In November 2021 I finally reached plate height. It's now November 2022 and I still don't have roof cover. A while year and you have only done roof frame. Still can't tell me when I will get roof cover. Do you think this is acceptable Ventura?I find it a complete disgrace!Had a meeting back at the start of October with the manager Dean. Everything he said was a lie! Wasted my time! This is unacceptable Ventura

DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY been building since AUG 2020 house still doesn’t have a roof SEP 2022. Hand to re choose all colours because they don’t meet deadlines. They don’t respond. Always have excuses.

Dont bother, something wrong with this company, more than is reported. broken promises, service poor, can send an email but cannot reply in a timely manner. Want customer payment in 7 days but cannot reply to customers. what is really going on, cant blame covid anymore.

Dealing with Ventura Homes is a nightmare, every little step takes weeks to get done, same goes for emails, weeks before you get a response, and don't expect to have all your questions answered. Almost a year after I contacted them and I still don't know when they will start building.Don't expect professionalism and long waits for every small step forward

Probably the worst experience of my life. Over 2 years of poor communication, broken promises and what seems like a lack of interest from bgc/Ventura southwest.It’s been nearly 8 months with only some flooring and blinds done. I wish I had read the reviews before signing the paper work. It seems tradespeople prefer not to work with them.Avoid at all costs is my advice.

From the start of my journey the salesman Josh Moorhouse has been amazing. He spent considerable time going through the process and customising my house plans with me. I have had constant communication and have been very happy with all staff I have dealt with in the prestart process. Now I am in the build process, I get regular updates and constant communication. I am made aware of expected delays especially around trades and materials. Excited to be on the building journey with Ventura.

Avoid like the plague, has been nothing but a headache building with this company. From nearly every person we have worked with, later leaving the business, to trying to hit us with fees they had originally taken off us as a sign of good faith. This build has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It's a shame, because I've heard they were good until BGC bought them out.We still have no idea when our house will be done, while neighbouring properties that started after, are almost finished.

we consulted with 5 builders, got it down to 3. One builder i most definitely would not recommend (Redink) as we found them to be very deceitful. Our decision was between Ventura and Celebration homes, both sales consultants Declan and Dale were very genuine and went out of their way to help us with our concerns.The final decision was made to go ahead with Ventura as they had the better deal, more home options, easy to deal with and a heap more selections to choose from in our price range. Quality so far is brilliant, sales team are awesome, office staff are very professional. Nothing is too hard for them to deal with.Thank you Declan (Ventura Homes)

Currently in the Pre construction stage. Couldn’t be happier at the moment, Josh Moorhouse went above & beyond to help us with our house design. I asked a LOT of questions & Josh always answered them promptly & would also reply to emails etc out of office hours. We had a hiccup with our bank & finance recently & Josh & the mortgage broker which Ventura South West use - Nathan at The Loan Company we’re able to push our loan through. Im excited for the next stage of building!
